Eye Exercises  ⁄  1. Divergence. 1-pointed Route

Dynamic vision trainer, elementary eye exercises set contains nine exercises. The first one helps you to improve the upward and downward eye movements.

Before you start the exercise, you should look through the screen of monitor to reach the fusion effect after double vision. As the result of the merge, you’ll see three columns instead of two. Keep your eyes on the middle one and follow the multicolored dot: upward and downward.

The video with eye tracking helps you to understand the eye movements. The yellow circle indicates the right eye, and the green circle indicates the left. Also I added audio loops to make the eye exercise a bit funny and entertaining.

And the take 2:

I am also interested in obtaining your Dynamic Vision Trainer software. What is the price for it ? Also, it is bundled with the Tobii Eye Tracker, or do I need to order that separately?

Long story short – I had myopia and astigmatism my first 50 years. I had laser surgery in 1999, which corrected both, but not the bad habits that I had developed all those years.

    Thanks,
    Brooke Kantor

Brooke, the Dynamic Vision Trainer is not bundled with the Tobii EyeX Controller. I’ll send you the prices for the Dynamic Vision Trainer on your email. The Tobii eye tracker is a low-cost solution for tech pioneers and developers. I have designed the software that works with the Tobii EyeX Engine via API and indicates left and right eye. It helps me to observe my patient’s eye movements and gives me lots of valuable information. But what’s your reason to purchase the Tobii eye tracker?

What should be the distance between my eyes and monitor when doing this exercise? How often should I do this?
    Thanks!

Mart, the distance should be 50 – 60 cm. 30 minutes/day. Also the distance between the red dots on your screen should be customized to your pupillary distance.

Hmmm… all these exercises that begin with “divergence” means that if I cannot achieve fusion in divergence, I cannot do them right?

So now, I need to learn how to achieve fusion in divergence as the first step.
