In the eighth exercise from elementary set you need to follow the dot with your eyes. Before you start, look throught the screen (monitor) to reach the fusion effect. That means that instead of two columns (two words in each line), you’ll see three.

Eye Exercises  ⁄  7. Divergence. 8-pointed Route2

In the seventh exercise from elementary set you need to follow the dot with your eyes. Before you start, look throught the screen (monitor) to reach the fusion effect. That means that instead of two columns, you’ll see three. While following the dot with your eyes, swith between them: when the dot goes to the right – switch your vision to the right eye and when the dot goes to the left – switch you vision to the left eye. That means, you nedd to change the dominant eye all the way during the exercise

This exercise is a more challenging than the sixth one, because the dot goes only diagonaly.

Eye Exercises  ⁄  6. Divergence. 8-pointed Route1

In the sixth exercise from the beginning set you need to follow the dot with your eyes. Before you start, look through the screen (monitor) to reach the fusion effect when your left eye looks at the left dot and your right eye looks at the right dot. That means that instead of two columns, you’ll see three. While following the dot with your eyes, switch between them: when the dot goes to the right – switch your dominant vision to the right eye and when the dot goes to the left – switch you dominant vision to the left eye. That means, you need to change the dominant eye all the way during the exercise. In this exercise the dot goes through all of the corners of the eight-pointed star.

Eye Exercises  ⁄  5. Divergence. 4-pointed Route2

In the fifth exercise from elementary set you need to follow the dot with your eyes. That means, you need to change the dominant eye all the way during the exercise.

This exercise is a little bit more difficult than the fourth one, because the dot goes not only straight, but also diagonaly.

Let me know if you have any questions.
